The partnership between RAW and THE BRIDGE is not just a meeting of two restaurants, it is a meeting of two different culinary cultures and philosophies. Chengdu and Taipei may be a thousand miles apart, but they are linked by one important factor: the creative mind of Chef André Chiang.
Chef Andre has a unique opinion about Sichuan cuisine:
